Q2: Do you accept OEM & ODM?

A2: As a professional electric aroma diffuser manufacturer, we accepta OEM / ODM service. Most of our products are in stock. The packaging, logo, structure, function and color could be customized.


Q3: What kinds of trade terms do you accept?

A3:EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP, etc.


Q4: How do you assure the quality?

A4: We have very strict quality control system. Raw material inspection,three tests on production lines and 100% aging testing before packaging. 3rd party inspection can also be arranged if being requested.


Q5: What is your production ability?

A5: Around 500,000 per month.


Q6:Are your products conforming to our standards?

A6:Yes, all of our aromatherapy diffuser essential oil diffusers are with certificates of CE, ROH. Adaptors can require FCC.


Q7: What's your delivery time?

A7: Generally,3~5 working days for sample/small orders, 20~25 working days for mass & OEM orders. For lower cost courier service, like ePacket or EMS, please be noted that unexpected delays may happen.


Q8:What's your payment terms?

A8: T/T, LC,West union,Paypal,etc.( 30% deposit, 70% paid before shipping.)


Q9. How do you ship the goods?

Q9: Small orders usually would be shipped out by DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex, TNT, EMS, etc. For mass orders, the goods would be shipped out by Sea or by air or as per customer's requirement.


Q10: Do you have experience of shipping aroma diffusers to oversea market?

A10: Yes, we have rich experience of shipping aroma diffusers to oversea market. We could also help customers handle the custom clearance.


Q11: What about your after-sale service?

A11: We are responsible for the goods even they have been exported to customers already.
